01Who operates this website
02What we do
LOKA is an information-society service that creates personalised travel itineraries for Mexico. A traveller answers an online quiz; LOKA combines those answers with curated local providers (guides, eco-stays, social enterprises) and delivers a tailored plan by email. We do not operate as a travel agency in the regulated sense: we do not bundle transport with accommodation, do not issue travel documents in our name, and do not hold client funds beyond the fee paid for the planning service.
03Intellectual property
The LOKA name, logo, the wave/spark symbol, the visual design of the site, the text of the itineraries we produce, and the underlying recommendation database are owned by Amphi Labs BV (in formation) — and, upon incorporation, by Amphi Labs BV — and protected by EU and Dutch intellectual-property law. Third-party content (photographs of destinations, partner descriptions) is used under licence or quotation. You may share short excerpts with attribution; you may not republish itineraries in full, reverse-engineer the recommendation logic, or use LOKA branding without written permission.
04Links to third-party sites
LOKA itineraries link to external sites — partner hotels, restaurants, transport providers, WhatsApp contacts. We have no control over those sites and accept no responsibility for their content, availability or practices. A link is not an endorsement of every aspect of the linked party's business.
05Liability
We work hard to keep recommendations accurate, but Mexico moves fast: places close, prices change, contacts go offline. We do not warrant that every detail in an itinerary will be correct on the day you travel. Specific liability limits for paid plans are set out in our Terms of Service.
06Applicable law and dispute resolution
This Legal Notice is governed by the law of the Netherlands (the seat of Amphi Labs BV, in formation). Any dispute arising from the use of the website is subject to the competent courts of the Netherlands, without prejudice to the mandatory protections that EU consumer law grants to consumers in their country of residence.
The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution platform that lets consumers file complaints about online purchases: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
